Sandler’s Strategic Customer Care is unlike any other training. Not a quick fix program for basic customer service, it’s an investment in developing high-finesse skills for employees that interface customers daily. Attendees will learn communication skills and psychology that enables you to delegate more and enables them to develop deeper customer loyalty and contribute to the company’s sales through no pressure techniques.
