Strategic Customer Care is a 4-week class to prepare customer service, technical staff, sales engineers and inside sales reps to take better care of customers and increase revenue opportunities. Sandler’s Strategic Customer Care is unlike any other training. Not a quick fix program for basic customer service, it’s an investment in developing high-finesse skills for employees that interface customers daily.
