Cold calls are not as terrible as most people make them out to be. Thereís never been a documented case of a cold call being a fatal experience for a salesperson, so even though it may feel like ìlife and deathî, it really is at its worst a nightmarish activity. A whole lot of struggle and pain for little progress. Here are two suggestions to make cold calls more productive and less stressful. Make sure that your approach doesnít sound like every other salespersonís call. And, donít take yourself too seriouslyóhave some fun. Also itís important to realize that you donít have to like making cold calls, you just have to make them.
